Workshops at Purple Space and EuroKids

Workshops at local daycare centres and creches to raise funds for NOSFAM's mission of uplifting the underprivileged.

Annual Workshops at Purple Space and EuroKids: Empowering Privileged Children for a Greater Cause

Every year, NOSFAM conducts a series of workshops for privileged children at Purple Space and EuroKids Daycare Centres in Manipal. These workshops serve a dual purpose: to engage the children in creative and educational activities while raising essential funds for NOSFAM’s ongoing initiatives, ensuring that the organization can continue its mission of providing quality education and support to underprivileged children.

The workshops cover a wide range of subjects designed to both educate and entertain. Some of the activities include public speaking, where children are encouraged to express themselves confidently and develop their communication skills; art and craft, which allows them to explore their creativity and enhance fine motor skills; and flipbook making, a fun activity that introduces children to basic animation and storytelling techniques.

These activities not only provide the children with a fun and enriching experience but also help foster important skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, and artistic expression. As the children immerse themselves in these hands-on projects, they gain a sense of accomplishment and build self-esteem, all while contributing to the larger goal of supporting NOSFAM's impactful work in the community.

By participating in these workshops, the privileged children at Purple Space and EuroKids also become more aware of NOSFAM’s mission and the difference their involvement can make. The funds raised through these annual workshops directly support NOSFAM’s educational programs, ensuring that underprivileged children have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
