A chapter is a local extension of NOSFAM, bringing our mission to communities around the country. Each chapter operates autonomously, tailored to the unique needs and challenges of its region, while upholding the core values and vision of the larger organization. By establishing chapters, we ensure that our work is deeply connected to the communities we serve and that we can address specific regional needs effectively. By expanding our impact through chapters, we aim to achieve the primary goals of NOSFAM.

​The Mumbai chapter of NOSFAM is a regional extension of our core mission—to nurture, empower, and uplift students through meaningful education and mentorship. With our original chapter laying the foundation, each new chapter, like the one recently launched in Mumbai, helps us reach new communities, understand their unique needs, and design programs that make a real impact. These chapters operate with the same core values and goals, while having the flexibility to innovate locally. This structure allows NOSFAM to grow sustainably, build a strong volunteer network, and create a wider, more connected family of changemakers across the country.
